Raw Material Selection

The foundation of reliable plastic packaging production is the polymer itself. We carefully select food-grade and pharma-grade resins including HDPE, LDPE, PP, PET, and PETG, sourced only from certified suppliers.

Every batch of raw material undergoes incoming inspection for melt flow index, density, and purity before it is approved for production. This rigorous screening is critical for HDPE bottle making, where consistency in polymer quality directly impacts strength, clarity, and chemical resistance.

Blow Moulding / Injection Moulding

Once raw materials are approved, they move into our state-of-the-art molding facility. Depending on the product specification, we use one of two core technologies:

  • Blow Molding ProcessIdeal for hollow containers like bottles, jars, and jerry cans. Molten polymer is extruded into a parison, then inflated inside a precision mold to form the final shape.
  • Injection Molding Bottles & ClosuresUsed for caps, dropper assemblies, measuring cups, and rigid components. Molten plastic is injected into custom tooling under high pressure for tight-tolerance parts.

Our automated machines support a wide range of cavity configurations, neck finishes, and capacities from 5 ml to 5 litres, giving customers complete flexibility in design and volume.

Quality Control & Testing

Quality is non-negotiable in our plastic bottle manufacturing process. Each batch is sampled and tested in our in-house laboratory against parameters such as:

Printing & Labelling

To help brands stand out on the shelf, we offer in-house decoration services as part of our plastic packaging production workflow. Options include:

  • Screen PrintingUp to multi-color designs with high durability and abrasion resistance.
  • Hot Foil StampingPremium metallic finishes for cosmetic and luxury applications.
  • Custom LabellingPressure-sensitive, shrink-sleeve, and wrap-around label formats.

Artwork is reviewed and approved before bulk printing, and registration is monitored continuously to maintain brand accuracy across every unit.

Step 05

Packaging & Despatch

After decoration, finished bottles are batch-coded, counted, and packed in cleanroom-friendly polybags or corrugated cartons as per customer requirements. Each despatch batch is accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis (COA) and traceability records.

Our logistics team coordinates timely delivery across India and to export destinations, ensuring that bulk orders arrive intact and on schedule.
