We develop custom moulds for clients with unique design requirements. The process typically takes 3–4 weeks from approved design to first sample, and once your mould is made, it's yours — reorders run smoothly with no setup hassle.

We can match specific Pantone shades or develop colours from scratch. Just send us your colour reference.

Custom labelling support

While we don't print labels in-house, our bottle surfaces are optimised for labels, screen printing, and shrink-sleeve application. We can recommend trusted partners if needed.

MOQs vary based on bottle size and whether the design is from our standard range or custom-developed. Standard MOQ starts at 5,000 units. For fully custom moulds, MOQs are higher.

Are your HDPE bottles food-safe?
Yes. We manufacture food-grade HDPE bottles using FDA-compliant virgin resin. If your application is food, beverage, or pharmaceutical, just let us know during enquiry and we'll quote the appropriate grade.
Can HDPE bottles store chemicals safely?
HDPE handles most acids, alkalis, alcohols, and common industrial chemicals very well. For aggressive or unusual chemicals, share the details with us and we'll confirm compatibility before you commit to an order.
What's the shelf life of an HDPE bottle?
The bottle itself has a very long shelf life — typically several years when stored properly (cool, dry, away from direct sunlight). Shelf life of your product inside the bottle depends on the product itself.
Do you offer samples before bulk orders?
Yes. We're happy to send samples of our standard range so you can check quality, dimensions, and fit with your closures before placing a bulk order. For custom moulds, we send approval samples once the mould is ready.
What sizes do you manufacture?
Our range covers roughly 30ml to 5 litres across various shapes. If you need something outside this range, ask — we can often accommodate.
Can I get my bottle in a specific colour?
Absolutely. Standard colours are stocked, and custom colours are matched on request. There may be a small MOQ adjustment for custom colours.
