Materials & Sterility

Our nasal spray bottles are manufactured from pharma-grade HDPE and LDPE, sourced from approved suppliers with full material traceability. The resin we use is food and pharma compliant, free from harmful additives, and selected specifically for its chemical compatibility with common nasal formulations.

Because nasal sprays go directly into a sensitive part of the body, sterility and cleanliness aren't optional — they're the baseline. Our production happens in a controlled environment with strict hygiene protocols. We follow proper handling procedures from the moment raw material enters the facility to the moment finished bottles are sealed and packed. Bottles are packed in clean, sealed polybags immediately after production to protect them from contamination during storage and transit.

For clients with higher sterility requirements, we offer additional packaging options including double-bagging and customised packing as per pharmacopoeial standards. If your application calls for terminal sterilisation or specific cleanroom-grade handling, we're happy to discuss that during the order process.

Spray Pump Compatibility

A nasal bottle is only as good as its compatibility with the pump that sits on top. We've designed our bottle necks to work seamlessly with the standard spray pumps used across the pharmaceutical industry — including pumps from major manufacturers offering 18mm and 20mm fitments.

If you're sourcing pumps separately, we can share neck dimension drawings so your pump supplier can confirm fit before you place your order. And if you're looking for a one-stop solution, we can also help coordinate with trusted pump suppliers to make sure everything arrives matched and ready to fill.
