What materials are your measuring cups and caps made from?
We primarily use food-grade and pharma-grade polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE), depending on the application. All materials are sourced from approved suppliers and comply with relevant industry standards.
What's the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies based on the product, size, and whether it's a standard or custom design. For standard caps and cups, MOQs are relatively low. For custom moulds, MOQs are higher to justify the tooling cost. Get in touch and we'll give you exact numbers for your specific requirement.
Do you provide samples before bulk production?
Yes. For existing designs, we can ship samples quickly. For custom designs, we provide samples once the mould is finalised, and we don't move to bulk production until you approve them.
How long does a typical order take?
Standard orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 weeks of confirmation, depending on quantity. Custom mould development adds additional lead time, which we'll communicate upfront.
Are your measuring cups accurate?
Yes. Our measuring cups are produced with precise mould tolerances, and we check volume accuracy as part of our quality control process. For pharma applications, we follow stricter tolerance standards.
Do you offer child-resistant caps?
Yes, we manufacture child-resistant closures in multiple sizes. These are commonly used for pharmaceutical and household chemical packaging.
Can I get caps and bottles from you together?
Absolutely. We manufacture HDPE bottles and matching closures in-house, which means you get a guaranteed fit, single-point accountability, and often better pricing when ordered together.
Do you ship outside India?
Yes, we export to several international markets. Contact our sales team for shipping options, lead times, and documentation specific to your country.
